Toni passes all age categories of FC Vardar as a football player. Multiple winners of the state championship and the state cup in the youth categories. In the 2016-2017 season he worked with the senior team, as a deputy coach in FC RABOTNICKI, and in the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 season works as an international coach in FC SIBIL – AZERBAIJAN where he was deputy coach. In the season 2019-2020 he was the deputy coach in FC VARDAR – Skopje and in the season 2020-2021 he works in FC Academy Pandev-Strumica.
